PANOPTICON Panopticon is an atmospheric metal band that blends elements of black metal, dark metal and melodic death metal with American folk music, post rock and progressive rock elements. Panopticon’s subject matter varies including political issues, history, pagan spirituality, environmental issues and personal struggles. Typically the albums are conceptual, excluding the first record, and carry a theme through out the entire record.Influences range from 90’s black metal bands and melodic death metal, to post rock and indie rock, to early folk, bluegrass and country music. SUNKEN Danish atmospheric black metal band SUNKEN have been unfolding their dark, melancholic, depressive soundscapes and ethereal melodies on the European scene since 2012. From the debut EP "The Crackling of Embers" released in 2013, through the long awaited debut full-length record "Departure" from 2017, Sunken have continuously expanded and developed their sound, culminating in the band’s most intense, thorough, and honest album to date; “Livslede” from 2020. The record unfolds a beautiful, sorrowful and extremely personal universe; an emotional journey through anxiety, self hatred and hopelessness. On October 24th 2025, Sunken will return with their third album "LYKKE" (happiness) released through Eisenwald Records. Once again produced, mixed and mastered by Johan Emanuel Jørgensen, the album explores the struggle with finding and maintaining a sense of happiness and contentment in life, in a world seemingly dominated by misery and distress.

Als Höhepunkt des Abends präsentiert Panopticon Songs aus der gefeierten „Laurentian Trilogy“, die zu den eindrucksvollsten und persönlichsten Werken der Band zählen. Unterstützt werden sie von Sunken, die mit ihrer Mischung aus melancholischer Tiefe und kraftvoller Intensität längst als Geheimtipp in der europäischen Szene gelten. Summoned in full force for the first time on European soil, selected works from their albums »And Again Into the Light,« »The Rime of Memory« and the forthcoming »Det Hjemsøkte Hjertet« will be presented—a triptych the band has dubbed The Laurentian Trilogy. Lit by the ghostly visuals of Bekah Lunn, cascading tremolo walls, folk-borne lamentations, and percussive thunder converge into hymns to grief and transcendence. Voices carried on smoke and storm spiral, body and spirit fracturing and reknitting. Sunken drag the spirit into fathoms of sorrow, weaving depressive currents and ethereal melody. With a new album emerging soon through Eisenwald Production, their presence on this night gapes the abyss wide. No light shines here. Event Access Warning: This show will take place with loud volumes and stroboscopic lighting effects. Ear protection is available at the venue. Entry is 16+.

Wieczór z niezwykle klimatycznym, przeszywającym na wskroś black metalem - amerykański projekt Panopticon wystąpi 8 kwietnia w poznańskim klubie 2Progi w towarzystwie duńskiego Sunken! Panopticon to projekt założony blisko 20 lat temu przez Austina Lunna. Początkowo w swojej twórczości podążał ścieżkami udeptanymi przez klasyków gatunku jak Darkthrone oraz Emperor, a następnie połączył inspiracje norweską sceną z muzyką folkową (“Kentucky”, “Roads to the North”). Na kolejnych płytach w jego muzyce pojawiały się m.in. elementy death metalu i hard rocka, ale przede wszystkim dookoła kompozycji coraz mocniej rysowała się wyjątkowa aura. Ta trzyma się Panopticon po dziś - słychać to dobrze na ostatnich materiałach formacji i bez wątpienia podobnie będzie z nadchodzącym krążkiem, który światło dziennie ujrzy w przyszłym roku. Na koncercie w Poznaniu usłyszymy wybrane utwory z płyt “... and Again into the Light”, “The Rime of Memory” oraz nowego wydawnictwa. W roli gościa specjalnego wystąpi duńska formacja Sunken. 24 października ekipa z Aarhus wyda swój pierwszy od 5 lat album “Lykke”, który ukaże się w barwach niemieckiej wytwórni Eisenwald.
